Sorry for the fuzziness (pics were taken with my old phone's camera)
So are we saying that this is normal?
(Phone was in normal light conditions... it is the same either way though)
WOW...not that is NOT normal! I only see the leakage when looking down into the screen at an ANGLE, but not when im looking at it straight on
Is this really true? I could probably accept the minor leakage at the bottom of the unit, but I expect that light leakage at the top, into the screen area, would be completely unacceptable to many of us. Please tell me you misspoke on this. I'm considering buying an EVO in July, as soon as my AT&T iPhone contract expires, but if true, this would be a serious deal breaker for me.
Yah mine doesn't do that.. whether its worth an exchange is up to you.Apparently, a lot of people are having minor light leakage along the bottom of the capacitive buttons. Some are saying on top, but only if you look at an angle. I feel like I am the only one so far with this issue. My leakage is creeping up on to my screen in 3 different spots. It is very noticeable and distracting no matter what the light conditions are or from what angle I'm looking at the screen.
Do you guys think it's nothing or does this warrant an exchange?
