According to his instructions he requires a full wipe going to any update. Some people have done "dirty" updates with no apparent issues but if you want it to work right why take chances.

It can't overwrite CWM recovery if the file is renamed or deleted because its looking for a specific filename. If you leave that file there on reboot it will flash over CWM recovery with the stock recovery.

For me it seems to toggle enable and disable with either volume up or down key as long as you press it in rapid sequence.

It happens to me as well when using CWM Recovery. The first time this happened I went to Advanced and chose Reboot Recovery. I think what causes this is the extremely sensitive volume keys when using recovery. If you press the up or down key multiple times too quickly you will get that message...

I did get another case from them with the same issue. Initially I thought the other one was good but after several days it started to look the same. Dust would get stuck to the glue and wiping it off would smear it and make it worse. It is not a big deal for me - just wondering about other...

Believe it or not, I just pushed it off from the front and then I removed the glue residue. I was surprised it came off that easy.

I have had two different Otterbox Defender cases with the same problem. Both have glue oozing out between the screen protector and the plastic frame of the case that is glued on to...in the exact same spot! It is on the right side about two thirds of the way down - probably where the screen...

Works for me too - I have not used the Otterbox Defender case with the standard battery as of yet. After reading other posts here most people said it would work, so I got the case. The interesting thing is the email reponse from Otterbox told me it would not be compatible. :confused:
