Got a couple of questions, is it dual voltage (110-240v)? And does it support external HDDs like WD Passport that doesn't have a external power source? I'm wondering if I can also use it as replacement for my WDTV where I use the passport (and where I transferred media files from my pc)?

Yeah would probably just have to ship it back. Will try a factory reset first. And no problem with the backup... hardly have anything in it. Last I've installed before this happened was PSSPP. And it started a week after i installed so I doubt it has anything to do with it. And this thing...

Question bout the battery, since they turned it on already. It will take at least a month before it arrives here. Should they leave the battery inside the phone or remove it? Is there an effect on the phone if the battery isn't in the phone for a long time? Should it be fully charged first...

Sorry for reviving this. Can anyone confirm that carrier-specific variants of the Note 3 aren't region-locked? I'm having my parents send one of their new phones (Note 3) to me here in the Philippines.

Hmm did you try several apps? Some of them doesn't really allow it.

Anyone know a good alternative to Samsung's Galaxy Note 3 S-View Flip Cover folio case that also has all it's functions especially the Auto wake/sleep fuction? Its just seems too expensive for me.
