    occasional battery drain

Most of the time, my battery lasts the entire day. But, occasionally my battery is dead by noon, and I can't figure out why. At a very rough estimate, this happens about once a month. When I look at the battery usage, it doesn't look like anything unusual is running. I'm on the stock android...

[Closed] Contest: Win yourself a brand new Google Nexus 7 Tablet

I've been wanting to try a tablet to see if I like it, but just haven't been willing to spend that much money just to try it out. Maybe this will let me give it a try.

Google Wallet -- how to use?

Well I wasn't waving it at first, but since nothing happened I thought maybe moving it around would help. But having to exit the app first seems a little counter-intuitive; I didn't even think of trying that. Thanks for the tip.

    Do you have any regrets?

I don't know how it compares to the S3 or Evo, but after spending two years on the HTC Hero, my GNex is blazing fast. I have no regrets at all about getting it.

I assume no one else can use the tele nav

I have been using both TeleNav and Google Maps without any problems on my GNEX. I still haven't decided which I like better. I have no desire to try Sprint TV again. I tried it a few times back on my old HTC Hero, but the selection of shows was horrible unless I wanted to pay extra.

Battery life for sprint galaxy nexus

I've only had my GNEX for about a week now, but so far I'm generally getting about 14-16 hours with moderate usage before it gets below 25% (except for the one day my kids played angry birds on it for an hour or so). My previous phone, an HTC Hero with CM7 would easily get 35-40 hours on a...

Sprint hiking insurance on LTE devices!

Let's see now. 2 years x $11/month = $264 That's more than the phone cost once you have the upgrade discount again. Add on a $150 deductible and now you're at $314 for total replacement cost. It may be worth the risk of one lost/broken phone during those two years. If they do this, I may just...
