    Yeah I know, it was a plan for me too. Not sure what else to do. Mine is still working even though it is not on is own line, just when the phone is on. But I thought the phone has to be on for the watch to pick up the call.

    I believe after an update it checks to see if the watch needs to be updated.

    Do you have a smart watch connected via Bluetooth, it may be updating apps to that.

    Even after do many failed attempts the phone should revert to pin access. Always set a pin!

    Have you tried pressing and holding on the icon and selecting app info and then down to notifications and turn off there. This has worked for me with other apps. Good luck!

    Had mine sine it came out and no issues with it what so ever! Been with the Note series since 4 and the 8 is just great! Really loved my 5 though but the 8 is just as good! Just my 2 cents.
