    You should be able to get android 4.3 on that device if you find the ROM for it but first you need to root it. An between 4.3 and kit kat I would wait for kit Kat since its optimized for slower devices or lower end. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk now Free

    If you want to flash a ruu file just type "fastboot oem rebootRUU" in cdm then "fastboot flash zip filename" were in file name you type the location and name of the ruu Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk now Free
