I downloaded Poweramp and it does allow me to add cover art...thanks.. I was not having much luck trying to add album art using a few different apps but accessing the music with the stock music player. Poweramp is much better

cant write to or change any music album info or art if music is saved to SD CARD. its a KitKat thing... its stupid.. its music that did not have correct info put on sd card after the fact. if you try and use an app for album art and you try to change or edit something it wont allow you to do it...

Ok, i am using google drive to sync my photos and videos, can this work for music as well? If not how can i backup that? Does it have to be to my computer?, or is there a cloud service that will backup music as well?

my Verizon s5 is NOT ROOTED.. i have all my photos and music saved to my SD card. I want to back up just these files somewhere just in case my SD card ever takes a dump. What is the best app or cloud service to use for this?

I ended up just deleting them, everything appears to still be working fine..no hiccups in music,photos,videos , or apps. I was viewing them with the "MY FILES" app and then choosing SD CARD. These files were not in any folders, just sitting on the SD CARD. They did not have any extensions at...

WELL, reason i wanted to convert them to .mp3 was because Apple Itunes does not play .m4a files, and i wanted to copy all my music onto my new MacBook as a backup and also just to be able to play from my laptop. Why would Apple not play a better sounding music file??

Quality loss because .m4a files are better quality or because they just lose quality in the conversion?
