Viewing email attachment, it wont work ??

When I receive a new email with an attachment in my email, i will click on the attachment file in the email and it goes to a screen with the pdf attachment and it has 2 boxes that say, Preview and Download. If i choose preview, a warning box pops up saying i must first download the message to download the attachment. and if i choose download, it says i must first download the message to download the attachment?? i cant open my damn attachments...any help??

I've seen this question before, and it does seem baffling to me.

I JUST GOOGLED IT, and it works now....








Open the mail app. Settings ---> manage accounts ---> click the mail account ---->Sync settings ----> change limit retrieval size to unlimited.
