    Its hit or miss. It uses the front camera to detect your face. Eye blinking and such. If it doesn't, it'll just dim, and you could be looking right at the screen.

    I know that works on the G2x, and probably the original "overseas" model of the Sensation. T-Mobile rips everything off the phones when they come to market. Thats probably why it doesn't work for you, they probably just took info from the other Sensation, and put it on the T-Mobile's page...

    With 3G on, 1.5GHz, productivity index is 1523 and games index is 2039 (smartbench 2010) - I get higher index readings on 4G for some reason. Using quadrant I got 2243, which is definitely higher than stock ROM. I am rooted running CM7 (2.3.3), and have the CPU frequency set at 1516MHz...

    If it doesn't, you can always buy an unlocked Optimus 2x for about $550. ($50 more than T-Mobile's retail price. Here's the link)

    Off contract price

    The G2 and G2x aren't in relation like the Nexus One and Nexus S, but either way; I've heard $500 off contract. I could get the unlocked Optimus 2x for $550 if I wanted to. I do like the UI, but whats the sense when I always root and change the ROMs anyway. =D

    Where can I find the stock rom?

    I've searched XDA/AndroidForums/AndroidCentral for the MT4G stock rom and I can't find it. I did a nandroid backup of it, but I guess along the way it got deleted. I tried to unroot the phone to see if that puts it back on stock but it doesn't. If you know of any other way, or know where I can...

    Its already announced to be running on T-Mobile, and the Optimus Black is for the CDMA carriers. Not sure which one though.

    G2 vs Nexus S for a returning junkie =]

    If you're going to go full out touchscreen get the myTouch 4G! Its better than the Nexus S, you can always switch the rom if you don't like sense. Get the G2 if you like physical keyboards though.
