There's only a few...one for gallery, internet and pdf. But even though they are there...I still get asked which app to open with regatdless of having these defaults set

Every time I want to open a web page or attach a photo I have to choose which program to use...and I ALWAYS click Always yet I have to do it every single frikken time! Is there a way to set them...Always...that actually works? I hate having to click 3 buttons every time I want to do these things.
