So no one knows if Helium would void my Samsung warranty? It is just no one that I talked to at Samsung knows either, which is odd. I just don't want to void my next warranty.

Yea, sorry. I should have stated that the folder was only on the SD card. It was not in the internal storage. So, it is sound as though, the recording is lost, huh?

I found that folder on my SD card, but there are no files in there. Could I use a file recovery program to get it back? Or maybe another suggestion?

Just to update, my cousin who has the same phone can't get those apps either. So I am going to guess that is is a 4.4.2 vs. 4.4.4 issue. But if anyone knows for sure, please let me know. I am curious to see if that is what the problem is. Thanks.
