Note 4 not compatible with some apps?

I just bought a Note 4 (Coming from a Note 2). I was installing my apps, when I noticed that 4 apps (Angry Bird Transformers, the original AB Star Wars, AB Space and Photoshop Express) say they are not compatible with my device. All 4 are compatible and have been installed on my Note 2. The only difference I can see between my two devices is that my Note 2 is on 4.4.2 and my Note 4 is on 4.4.4.

I also notice that, at least with Transformers and Photoshop, it seems that people were able to download the app. there were a lot of complaints about things not working.

My guess is that these 4 apps weren't working on the Note 4, so they were pulled. Does that sound right? Is anyone else able to download these apps on a Note 4?

Just to update, my cousin who has the same phone can't get those apps either. So I am going to guess that is is a 4.4.2 vs. 4.4.4 issue. But if anyone knows for sure, please let me know. I am curious to see if that is what the problem is. Thanks.

It's my understanding that it has to do with the 4k resolution more than the version of kit kat. The developer needs to update their app for the 4k screen resolution. When I first got my N4 I had many apps that were not compatible but most of them have been updated by the developer to work. Just keep checking the app from time to time.
