it's an email app so I need the notifications, just not the one in the notification bar that lets me know it's running

Somebody please remind me how to remove the app icons in the notification bar for constant running apps

Went through and force closed apps one by one, ended up being next sms. app deleted problem solved.

Want to say within the past week. Bluetooth is disabled right now but normally I always have it on. Not sure how to tell what apps are running in the background, feel like that went away with Oreo. Restart fixes temporarily but it comes back. Probably will do a factory reset at some point soon...

yeah it does, upper right corner, search in settings for light, yours might be turned off

Does any body else's notification light constantly blink blue? I even disabled the blink light notification and it still does it
