Remove battery when phone is still on and after 15sec install battery and try again.

I'm in same boat. I used CleanTOOL 2.1.1 and the OTA update downloaded 52Mb but doesn't seem to install. How do I revert everything back to stock? I thought the temp root could be disabled easily? There should be warning right up front for newbies!
