An odd situation. A user downloads our App fine on one Samsung Galaxy S4 but on another matching device he has he gets this error message 'EAG stopped working, report or okay' (EAG is the label on our app). He is on the same WiFi, have tried another WiFi and turned the device of and on. Same...
