How do I stop getting notifications on the phone for new posts like this?

I there a way to stop notifications purely for those threads or posts that you're not subscribed to and also new topics?

I reset my phone to factory settings and that bug has since gone.

Hope it's not an app that I use alot.

It didn't seem to do this in safe mode, so does this mean it's an app that's doing it?

Only recently an issue has surfaced on a Sony Xperia H3113 Android 9, and that issue is that intermittently the screen no matter which app is being used or which option portrait or landscape the screen will shift to the left tgen back to the right again, when it shifts it remains out of view...

Isn't it the case that if you go into safe mode with android you end up losing your apps that have been previously added to the home screen?
