As far as i know, Google Play Store and Google Services are set to automatically update whenever you turn on "sync" or are connected to a non-mobile WI-FI hotspot. So even if you install a previous version, it will automatically update to the latest one.

I dont know if it is the best but i think Inshot is very good at what it does. Especially if you want to make videos to upload on to youtube, for me Inshot comes to the top of the list .

Go to the Play store and search "English livio". the first app from the results will be English Dictionary : Offline by livio pack. I believe the app should be what you are looking for. It is offline, has voice pronounciation of words, synonyms, antonyms....etc.

Hi, can you provide more details about the browser? Go to the app and look for an "about " page. It seems that this browser is currently the default browser on your system, thus all the installed apps will launch it if a certain activity requires internet connection using an external browser...
