Best english dictionary offline

Hi guys
I want to have dictionaries that have these options below offline.if a dic has all of them it is better but if i need extra dicts so it is not problem.(remember to have all the options offline)
1 - an option to pronounce each word in british and american by english speaker not text to speech robot (like oald but the latest version does not work on my galaxy s7 android 6.0.1)
2 - an option that we tell a world( that we do not know the spelling) and it recognize that i mean voice search offline(like merryam webster dict but it needs a connection for voice search not offline)
3 - has a complete and big database of words and phrases(some dicts are not complete has do not have some words)
4 - has synonym and antonym of words
5 - has some samples of the word in the phrases

Go to the Play store and search "English livio". the first app from the results will be English Dictionary : Offline by livio pack. I believe the app should be what you are looking for. It is offline, has voice pronounciation of words, synonyms, antonyms....etc.
