Hi, On my Samsung smartphone, i used to be able to get on gmail, but now i cant...it just says "downloading messages". Do you know whats wrong? Its a Samsung SM-J330FN and has a PAYG sim in it.

Thanks, i am thinking of setting the smartphone up as a mobile hotspot, then i can use my laptop with it ? Ive already tried it and i can surf the internet from my mobile phone whilst on the laptop...so i guess thats the way?...dont know if a 7 yr old smartphone battery would last an hour long...
