To get Sphere working on non-Nexus devices you might need to edit your build.prop file. MAKE A NANDROID FIRST!! Thanks to aniket.sananse over at XDA: Use a root file browser/editor go to /system and open for editing build.prop edit the prop files... Ro.product.model change to galaxy nexus...

Once bitten ... Over here in the U.K. we had a very sub-standard roll out of the DesireHD last year .. oh my, was that the worst built phone I have ever set eyes on!! HTC: Priced like Bentley, built like Lada!

I installed it through root explorer ...installed fine FC on trying to add it to a screen. - removed it Installed it by dropping it into /system/app and adjusting its permissions - same FC! Anyone had any joy with Weather&Clock? :confused:
