Yes. And you should read EVERYTHING carefully before you even begin step no 1. But you don't have to be discouraged. This is my first time rooting/installing a custom ROM and everything works just fine. IMHO anyone with a decent computer and android literacy (and IQ!) would be able to do it.

I think it's the facebook app that's causing the problem. Cause all other apps and system are running perfectly. Any of our experts could verify this?

Re: facebook videos No you are not alone. I'm having the same problem since lollipop update. Even on full 4G/LTE the video won't play. Keep saying unknown error. LG G3 F400S lollipop ver. 20f.

The exact same thing is happening on my f400s. I've been looking for a solution for almost a week!
