Is there any application out there that will allow you to use your phone's microphone with your PC for services like ventrilo, mumble or google talk w/ voice plug-in? Will the PC recognize the phone's hardware through USB or bluetooth?

I know there is an extension to automatically link and view documents (ppt, doc, pdf, xls) in Google Docs viewer on Chrome, but is there something similar for Android? I basically want any document that is downloaded from the web to be redirected to the Google docs viewer: Google Docs - Viewer

Is it safe to keep the phone plugged into the charger even after the light is blue? I noticed my phone will get really hot after leaving it on the charger after it's "fully charged." Somewhere in the neighborhood of 50*C from a battery temperature monitor.
