I just finished charging my S3 for the 3rd time today!!! I think I need a much bigger battery, but I like to keep my phone thin and light. I already removed lots of bloatware, but it is not helping.

Yes, it would be greatly appreciated if Samsung concentrate on S3 refinement for the next OTA update whenever that might be. At first, I struggled to get my S3 to auto re-connect to my car. Fortunately I finally got it to work. But it should just work the first time...my Driod X never failed...

I would love to know too. I already charged my S3 2 times today and battery now is already down to 35%.

I don't feel comfortable with Google Drive. Google already know a lot about me. I don't want to put more information there for them to know everything about me.

Problem resolved!!! Bluetooth now auto connect whenever I hop into and start my car. Thanks for everyone's suggestions, I tried to pair and unpair several times, then shutdown the phone and done a battery pull. Restarted the phone and it now behave as expected.

It could be your sd card was defective. Keep in mind that there are a lot of counterfit sd cards out there.

So far it looks like only Verizon version has this bluetooth auto connection problem.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I guess NFC won't work for me. I don't use a car dock. I don't pull out my phone every time I get into my car. That's why I always have bluetooth on. My old phone automatically connects so there was really no need to touch my phone.

Which carrier you are on? I'm on Verizon. I don't know if the issue is Verizon specific.

My S3 activation was as smooth as silk yesterday. I logged into my Verizon Wireless account online. Clicked "Activate or Switch Device" and followed the simple instructions...no more than few clicks. Put in the SIM card and battery, turn on the phone, waited just a few moments. Done.
