Doesn't work unfortunatelly. I will try uninstalling/disabling apps one by one and let you guys know what works.

I'm all out of ideas. I can't find anything that seems to be the issue.

I have turned off every permission with no results. They are all still off as of now.

Okay, so, i've turned off nearly every appear on top' permission. The reading light is off, as well as bixby routines and blue light filter itself - but the filter is still there. Safe mode solves the issue, but it's too restrictive for me so i guess i'll have to live with it for a while. Thanks...

First of all, sorry for my late reply. I will try running it in safe mode first, then i'll check if any apps have the 'appear on top' enabled, as well as the 'reading light' thing. I will keep you posted. Thanks!

That's the one i was referring to. I tried resetting the settings which did nothing. By the way, i haven't used any 3rd party apps, the issue started occuring out of nowhere about a month or so ago after an update (which happened before the android 10 update, i'm in europe if that means...
