    Okay, so, i've turned off nearly every appear on top' permission. The reading light is off, as well as bixby routines and blue light filter itself - but the filter is still there. Safe mode solves the issue, but it's too restrictive for me so i guess i'll have to live with it for a while. Thanks...

    First of all, sorry for my late reply. I will try running it in safe mode first, then i'll check if any apps have the 'appear on top' enabled, as well as the 'reading light' thing. I will keep you posted. Thanks!
