    Thanks for that idea. At the mean time I also wonder if it's hardware issue causing the built-in Email app not blinking, as the support person said. Can you tell if your built-in Email app does or doesn't blink?

    Hi folks, do your G7 blink on the built-in Email app, and other apps? It would be helpful to determine if there is any software/hardware issue. LG support says send in the phone for inspection but I'm not sure if that will be helpful.

    Thanks. It doesn't blink for the built-in email app, McDonald's, Kijiji etc. There may be more I'll find out.

    If notification setting and LED blink setting etc. are all enabled, do your G7 LED blink when receiving app notifications? Mine only blinks for a few apps but not others. The weird thing is that it doesn't even blink for the built-in email app when email is received.
