Is it the 4G version because my gear s2 classic is and it uses a T-Mobile e-sim. Also has its own number but I would call att to confirm.

I use my LG Bluetooth headphones And the audio quality sounds great. I have the snap dragon version. Not sure what people are expecting when it comes to a cell phone and audio quality. Never satisfied I guess.

You can make calls or text without having to be connected via Bluetooth. You can use gps. You still get notifications even if your not connected.

Call them so they can give you correct information

When im connected to Bluetooth it says my cell but when im away and my watch is remote, it says my watches number.

I'd just get rid of any Samsung product I own and use another manufacturer. I'm big on customer service. If your customer service is not good, I refuse to give you my business.

Just get a screen protector. I don't understand why people don't get those on any phone they have.
