Yes, all the apps that I use are kept open in RAM now, where as before there would only be 1 or 2. I tried rebooting, but that didn't solve the problem.

I'm in the same boat except I currently have the S2. I'm eligible for upgrade on 6/1, and trying to decide which phone to get. s4 = free, s5 = $150, HTC One = $150. I'm leaning towards the s4.
