Lots of good info in this thread, but I just wanted to acknowledge that there is almost NO lag on this phone at all with normal use. That has been my pet peeve with every phone I've ever had, and I love the way this device just sings when I need it to.

For instance I may be composing an email or a text, and want to give someone a number. Ordinarily, I would go in to contacts, long press the number, and copy it into the email or text. But our dialer does not allow that. I have to go into edit in order to do it. Not a huge deal obviously...

Like others here, I too went from the Galaxy 4 to this HTC, and am much happier. Just went by Best Buy yesterday, and played with the S5, and it STILL has lag. I am using the Supcase, and really like it. I tried 2 others, but like this one the best. Clear back, good grip, thin, and looks great.

I've been using CleanMaster. I get updates every few days that I need to clean up. It's a pita, and I'd love to uninstall. Any reason why I should keep it?

I show both accounts in settings, and with my previous Galaxy I could access both Gmail accounts from the home screen. Here is a screenshot. Normally my 2nd account is right below my default one.
