So I found the Smart Select tool to make animated GIFs, but it's in the Edge panel. Is there a way to use this without turning on Edge Panels?

Yeah, my fault. Mistook Ringtone for text notifications. Can't find it anywhere on my S9. That's weird.

it's in the Always On Display settings as one of the AOD options. It's the very last one. I used it on my S7 edge often.

I know I can hide the navigation bar (bottom bar of the phone) by double tapping the dot on the left. But I was wondering if I can hide it for specific apps only? When I launch Netflix and play a video I have to hide it each time. I'm coming from a S7 so I'm still getting used to the on screen...

I love that it has a thin frame with a large screen, which makes it feel good in the hand. It sucks that the battery is smaller than my S7 Edge, but I can deal with that. Now I just need to buy some USB C adapters for my old cables.
