OK.... So, have you EVER gotten it to work on this phone or another mobile device? I am guessing no, which is probably related to the account not being setup just right on the phone or on the exchange server.

Verify its installed via device mgr. and then make sure it is assigned a drive letter in disc management. R-click my computer, selecting manage will get you to the right place.

My experience is that it depends if you have fastboot enabled or not. When enabled bump charging wasn't working and when disabled CWR will start as soon as you plug in the USB cable/charger and the LED doesn't light up. I haven't figured it out myself.
