Help I'm not sure what happened but all my music files, everything is gone from my sd card. It shows "SD card unmounted" How can I recover my stuff?

I guess I will have to try bluetooth. The earphones I had been using, now no sound comes through the earphones when plugged in only sound can be heard from the phones speaker instead. The new earphones cause the phone to go nuts changing volume and screens on its own when plugged in.

Google assistant keeps turning itself on asking what can it help me with, and screens are changing by themselves

What do I do on my galaxy s7 if I want to disable an app but it only gives me the options to force stop or uninstall the app in settings?
