Random Q: Is the AT&T logo on the back of the device etched into the actual metal, or is it a sticker type thing that, with enough effort and maybe rubbing alcohol, I could remove?

It's very strange, many locations are showing available for Black in-store pickup, then delisting then re-listing. Wonder what's going on. (Oh, and my preferred store off the El Camino in Palo Alto still doesn't have it in :3)

Yup, same here. I cancelled my pre-order and have to return the Fit 2, but I'm getting the Note today from the AT&T store near me. **** Best Buy.

Most of the ones near me only had Silver this morning, but I keep refreshing the "in store pickup" for black and see tons of stores further from me with it in stock now (I'm in Palo Alto, CA currently). I need the one literally two blocks from my office to stock it though! >:(

Best Buy literally doesn't know where my actual device is, so I'm not particularly hopeful of that.

Hours later and I'm learning that not only will I not receive my pre-order tomorrow, they have no idea when I will receive it. This is f'ing ridiculous.

I have zero clue. It confuses me too as to why they'd "HOLD" my pre-order from shipment due to something outside of my control.

Update I ranted on Twitter and their customer service Twitter people DM'd me, then recommended I try calling again and specifically request to be transferred to the mobile back office. So, I did that and the customer service rep on the phone refused to transfer me?? LOL

I am absolutely livid with Best Buy right now. I received a text a few hours ago stating "Sorry, there is an issue with the mobile package for order <NUMBER>. Call 1-877-702-2211 for help." So, I did and was told that there was an issue activating my device, and the woman on the phone had...

Will our phones really be here tomorrow? >_> Mine still hasn't shipped yet. However, my Fit 2 did ship from a warehouse in Fresno, CA and I'm in San Jose, CA so maybe if it's that same warehouse...

Woke up to a $77.00 charge and my status now says 'Preparing your item for shipping'!!

UPDATE: My order status changed from 'Pre-Ordered" to "Status: Your order has been received" What does this mean?
