UPDATE: My order status changed from 'Pre-Ordered" to "Status: Your order has been received"

What does this mean?

Ordered mine (ATT black) on the 6th to be shipped to my house and the order is still on the first stage "processing" so orders not being processed has nothing to do with it being for pick up. They are just lagging.

UPDATE: Now it's changed to preparing to ship.
UPDATE: Got a text saying there was a problem with my order and to call best buy. Called best buy and they said someone from there mobile department will be in contact with me in 24-48 hours.

@1:45am 8/18 I received a text that my card was charged. Best Buy site now says "your order has been received" I preordered the 4th and chose ship to home.

I received a text at 1:14 am that my card was charged and my order went from processing to preparing. I am having he phone shipped to my work place.

I'm in WV. Ordered note7 8/15 for home delivery. Has been showing 'processing" since ordering. It has just now changed to 'preparng'. My credit card has a hold on it but hasn't been officially charged. Any ideas what thi.s means????

Yeah I ordered online for in store pickup. And yes they charged my card, hopefully they don't put a hold on it until tomorrow!

So i pre-ordered mine yesterday in store. So i go to swipe for the 50 dollar down payment and then the rep gives me a 50 gift card. So does the gift card have the 50 dollar down payment on it for me to use when i purchase the phone? Or is it just bonus 50 dollar gift card? I tried to go ahead an pay the full price but he said i couldn't do that
