I have a note 10 international with dual sim. When I'm on the first sim and someone calls on the 2 nd sim it does not go to voicemail. It did on the A20, but I can't find a setting for the Note 10. Please help

I actually had that phone, which I thought was a great phone except for the fact that I could not use data on the second sim which only supports 2g. i need data on both sims. Does it exist ?

There seems to be no such setting on the pure XL. I am wondering if I made a mistake buying this. I really need both sims to be sending and receiving MMS. I really need help with this.

The first sim is Telus and the second sim is Videotron. Even when I change them around I can't get anything on sim 2
