2nd call not going to voicemail

I have a note 10 international with dual sim. When I'm on the first sim and someone calls on the 2 nd sim it does not go to voicemail. It did on the A20, but I can't find a setting for the Note 10.
Please help

Ask your carrier - part of that is in their system, part in the phone.
