You might be waiting a long time. I preordered my Spigen Slim Armor in September approx on the 27th. I was supposed to get it by October 4-7 but it didn't arrive until Oct 13. Don't bother sending an email, they'll send you an automated response claiming unexpected demand for their Note 4 cases...

Most of these retailers have been disabling NFC well before Apple Pay went live. Some slower than the rest.

Rite-Aid, Walmart, Lowe's, 7-11, CVS, Best Buy and a few others are purposely disabling Google Wallet (even Apple Pay) because they all are going to use a different system called CurrentC. Such a stupid move limiting the form of payment. I'll never use that.
