Can't take screenshot using pen

The old method of pushing the s-pen button while pressing on the screen is gone? I have to use that air command now?

Yes! so it seems with every new note that comes out, the way of doing things get switched around. The feature are still there just a different way to activate them.

I just learned this too coming from the Note 2. The way you take screens hits with the N4 I have found to be far superior to the N2. Pull out the spen and the air thing pops up and all of the selections there are various different ways to take screen shots. Very simple and easy.

It can also pull text, data, websites, and other valuable data from the screen shots you take.

pull pen out aim pen at screen double click pen button and choose screen write

You're doing it wrong then. Make sure your pen is pointing to the screen and then double click the pen button.

dont get too close to the screen with the pen tip about an inch will do it
