This happened a few years back. The prior solution was to force stop Android System Webview. I just went to that app & it is marked Disabled. Can anyone confirm the same? Might be the same problem again. I tried to enable it but nothing happens.

Uninstall Play Store updates. When you exit it will d/l updates. After it installs it will work fine. You may have to enter your PW so have it handy.

I watched a video on replacing the battery. Not a job for me as it is very complex & I'm sure I will do more damage than good.

Mine keeps restarting at 30% if I pick it up from idle. Problem is my passwords for many apps are erased when it restarts so something bad is happening to the memory.

This is happening with all devices. It's a problem with Amazon. I have paid apps that are not working anymore due to this glitch. Can't get my work email.
