Not had any problems with wifi before or after lollipop...just out of curiousity, what happens if you download a wifi manager from the google play store....does wifi settings become enabled again?

The swipe keyboard does lock in the microphone, but sacrifices the number row on top....

Oh well, so much for enjoying my brand new lollipop excitement....

Is this just me or is everyone experiencing it. It used to be I could click on the gear and it would allow me to choose my input. Now, I can choose my input but after I choose microphone it pops up the google voice input and then reverts to the gear box after I am done.

Yikes. That is not good. How am I going to restore all my stuff if I do a pre-lollipop factory reset? Thanks for heads up...better do a pre-update manual back up.

Yep, I was just trying to remind people what was there...still not a hint of lollipop for me. So much for 100 percent saturdation by Monday, 5-18.

I am also still waiting....not a hint of lollipop and we're supposed to be at 100 percent saturation by May 18. At this point I think LG or Sprint and everyone else in this thread is part of some vast conspiracy to trick me into believing there is an update.

My swipe from bottom gives SEARCH, VOICEMATE and QUICKMEMO, but I honestly never use them.

Well, in fairness to Technosticrati, they may be very much related. Could be that things like Wireless Storage may not work with Lollipop due to changes in the code

The update must be some sort of snake draft with first from last update going last with the subsequent update...I got Kit Kat on day 1, hour 1, but so far not a sniff of Lollipop....

Good luck everyone. You can do the manual update checkie thing and maybe get lucky but we all know how this works...some will get it today, some tomorrow, but others will be banging their heads on the wall screaming "Why not me? Why not me? How come everyone else is getting the lollipop love...

As noted I was probably the absolute dead last person in the entire universe to get KitKat ( ;) ), which drove me crazy as my wife got it very early in the update process. This time I got mine within an hour of it being released--heck maybe even within minutes--and my wife has yet to get it...

I swear I must have been the very last person in the US to get kit kat so imagine my surprise when I got the ZVD code early yesterday....I didn't even know an update was coming and my phone was telling me to update. I wonder if it is because they just turned LTE on in my town the night before...
