Thanks for the idea, I just checked Tasker out, but while it can do this for txts, I don't see a similar option for emails. I may be able to have the incoming email generate an sms if that is the only way. Will have to keep looking.

I just made my first 24hrs after the update. Straight stock. Too soon to tell if this means those days with 6hrs of battery life are over. They only happened sporadically and a reboot usually helped. Only time will tell, but fingers crossed.

Got it. Was fooling around will a call recording app. As soon as I disabled that, it worked fine.

I have no trouble connecting the TB to the car and i can use the car to dial out and the sound system will ring when a call comes in and display the incoming call number on the stereo face. But the call audio remains only on the phone. I must use the handset to speak and listen. And any music...

I got an auto reboot. Also still have 1.12.605.6. I noticed that the time off charger had been reset after the reboot, as if I had just unplugged it.

I would try a standard reboot first. My TB rebooted itself last night and I believe that was the software update that they are referring to. I did not do a factory reset, but my battery is at least twice as good today as it has ever been. Rebooted it again this am around 8:30, current stats...
