Cool, thanks! How come there's no manual or anything like this that explains things in understandable detail? Then again, I guess that's what this forum is for! It partially solved the problem, although the options weren't all that great, and now the grey bar is only there for 10 seconds...

I know that I backed something up, but I honestly do not remember what it was. I am *fairly* sure I backed up the photos, but without being able to start up the old phone, I have no way to check. I maybe should make another thread on the S7 boards and see. What is "bootlooping"?
