I would personally hold off as of right now. There is a new model that is rumored to be coming out within the next few months. I would personally wait for the new model at this point.

How much data is "all data for the month"? If you are talking about a couple of gigabytes then that's a problem. If you are talking about something low like a 300MB data plan then that's a different story. I don't see anything that refers to how much data was used.

Umm.. I was just able to take a picture while on a phone call without any issues. I made a call, hit the home button, opened the camera, and it just worked. What happens when you try to open the camera app/take a picture while on a call?

Same here. Went into Device Manager > Network adapters and I disabled Blackberry Virtual Private Network. That fixed it for me too. Thank you vxshinobi for the fix and thank you kidkamel for confirming the fix!

I had the same problem yesterday but I was only traveling to a location about 15 minutes away. I turned my Galaxy S4 off and back on but that didn't do anything to fix the problem. I was completely unable to use Maps for navigation.

I'm guessing the decision to go with a dual-core processor was made for the battery savings and not the cost savings.
