    I appreciate the feedback from everyone. I did some research online and found that the PWM for the Pixel 8 Pro is lower than it should be for people with sensitive eyes. The phone was released with a higher rate but they lowered it in the October update. My guess is lower rates help battery life.

    Has anyone else experienced eye strain with the Pixel 8 Pro? I noticed my eyes getting blurry after using it for a while. That went away when I started using my S24 Ultra.

    I returned the original s24 to Samsung and made a new order. I picked up my new phone tonight at Best Buy and found that the graininess is close to unnoticeable. Exchange your phone if you're having this issue.

    I did remote access with Samsung chat. They weren't able to fix it so I'll just return the phone.

    I took the picture with my Pixel 8 Pro. There was no flash used. The grain is clear enough that my wife who has horrible vision could easily see it.

    Still don't have the update on my 7 Pro. I purchased it straight from Google so you'd think T-Mobile wouldn't be able to delay updates. They don't delay updates from Apple.

    Do you have a SIM card from a different cell company? I used my SIM from my work phone that's on Verizon to get the update. Sent from my Pixel 7 Pro using AC Forums mobile app
