There's no customer service but haven't needed any. No problems. It's been well worth the money and I use most of the functions most of the time.

I bought the Chinese version with color is about nine months ago, (because i couldn't get an invite) and quickly'updated'it to cm11s. I ordered another one today for my partner.. If it covers your needed lte bands, I'd get it againJust have! The oneplus two date is not fixed.

I guess there are not many members of this who use network 3 in the UK, so no answers to LTE band issue... Oh well..

I'm using oneplus with net 3, and the handset only provides for one of net 3's LTE bands. Strangely, though it does go to 4g when available, I still find that when it's running slow, on a late band or not, that if I force it to switch to lte by using a play store 4g switcher and selecting late...

I can't notify them of my problem, let alone get advice on how to fix it. Tried the "ticket system" but got stuck at the 'order number' hurdle. Any advice much, very much, appreciated.

I don't understand the 'unlockable bootloader' remark. Are they not all unlockable?

Sorry what I should have said was I can't update or root until I unlock the bootloader. Correct? My phone does not respond to code 'fastboot oem unlock'. Is this incorrect code? What should I code?

Yes but I can't update if my phone is not rooted. It's currently running color os. I'm trying to unlock the bootloader, install a custom recovery TWRP, and then install 11s. I'm stuck at the first hurdle. I don't know what market the phone is designed for. Perhaps it is the chinese market...

I'm trying to root my colour os opo to 11S. when trying to unlock the boot loader, in fast boot mode (laptop shows phone SERIAL), when I code 'fastboot oem unlock' (no inverted commas) it doesn't wipe my phone. When I then code 'fastboot reboot', my phone reboots but nothing has changed...
