You just need to go into the advanced Wifi settings and set the Wifi to never sleep. For some reason since B3 the default is for it to turn off when the phone sleeps. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2

I also noticed this. The issue seems to be that WiFi is set to turn off when the phone goes to sleep as the default configuration in B3. I fixed it by going into Settings --> Wifi --> Advanced and setting the Wifi to stay on always. Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
