We need a subforum

I switched from the Galaxy Watch only for ECG. I want a refund but out of my time period. I feel they have failed to honor their end. Heart rate freezes just line the Galaxy with more sensor (though it hadn't since yesterdays update).

It has been going on like that for a week. It is sort of off and on. Sometimes if you go into phone settings - applications - storage and clear the cache it will work

Correction two. It loads but times out if I try to download anything.

Disregard. If you have this issue just go into settings, applications and clear the cache in the Galaxy Wearable app. Duh. I should have tried that straight away.

For those that do not have Samsung phones have you been able to connect to the gear store? I haven't for a few days. It says there is an issue but yet it shows me new watch faces under discover. I guess I could reinstall.

Not really. It was pretty small and they said it was mostly fir LTE. They say fixes but not what.

I have Bluetooth editition. I did a, Google search and found it improves swim tracking, addresses an alarm conflict with Samsung phones and then says various bug fixes but doesn't say what they are.

Is anyone else getting a new update this morning? I need to search for details.

It frequently quits on me during my walk. Not sure, why. Waiting fir the new release that sounds forthcoming. For now I can't use it

What's interesting is I checked Samsung Health and it auto started and tracked it perfectly. Distance was exact so I guess it's Samsung even though I lose features.

I have no idea. Mine actually worked better prior to the update though I liked the new look and features. Gear tracker is probably coming off of my watch. It crashed again today and I lost a half of a mile of data. I know almost to the step where my splits are and when I didn't get notification...

I will have to look. I have two but both peeled the edges. One was $19 and the other $14. I don't like the feel of lQ shield or Zagg. Plus tempered glass has saved my screen a few times where I doubt IQ shield would. I just can't justify trying anymore tempered glass unless I see reports of a...
