Thanks, it's just that my daughter is off travelling & uses WhatsApp, I think I'll leave well alone + try and persuade her to use Skype. Can't see why WhatsApp wouldn't want tablet users to use this?

It seems that WhatsApp is not compatible with the Nexus 7, although there appears are some rather complicated ways of installing it . Does anybody have a simple (idiot proof) way of installation / is there an N7 version?
