Question Why is my phone indicating that there is an update??

My phone is a Pixel 7 Pro running Android 13, build TQ3A.230605.012. The phone was rooted quite a while ago and I disabled everything that allows the phone to update the OS and apps. However, for the past few days, at around 6:00 pm EST, a window appears on the phone indicating "Restart now to...

Question Challenges rooting a new OnePlus 12

To root the phone, I followed the instructions here https://droidwin.com/how-to-flash-firmware-on-any-oneplus-device/. However, to get this to work, I first had to enter the command ‘fastboot flashing unlock’, reboot the phone, and then keep going. I figured the best first app to install would...

    Question Source code availability???

I fully admit, this is asking more than a lot, but… Is there any chance I could get a copy of the source code for Anthrological’s WordzUp!? I would like to make a tiny addition to the options that, for me, would greatly enhance playability. Thanks for considering my outrageous question.

    Question Stopping a pop-up?

I just went through every app on the phone, not including the system ones, and the only apps for which notifications are enabled are: Clock, Phone, Settings, Settings Services, Sim Toolkit, Sticky Password, Textra, and Wireless Emergency Alerts.

    Question Stopping a pop-up?

Great suggestion, but... I did not find that app. I see Google Play Protect Services, Services, Services for AR, and Store. I searched for games, but it found nothing.

    Question Stopping a pop-up?

The other day, I installed 0h h1 on my rooted Android phone. When I launched the program, it popped up a small ‘banner’ that read “Hey there, <cust ID> /n Level X”. Annoying, but okay. However, when I launched Shortyz, I saw the same logo. So, I uninstalled 0h h1, assuming that the banner would...
