Somehow my Nexus S hasn't gotten updates. Its still 2.3.2. Not that I'm complaining much. I like to hold on to the old color balance and Facebook sync as long as a I can. My Nexus One got the 2.3.4 update yesterday by air. So far this is an eventless but solid update.

I think HTC is more at fault with the first paragraph. Almost every phone they hatch looks like a variation of the Nexus One theme. Even their Windows Phone 7s. Even the Sensation, but it has dual core. The only design variations HTC ever made was for the Legend, and then, the blocky plastic...

I've seen a gazillion Nexus S web ads from Ads by Google that I can puke. In a way, its awkward for Google to advertise, because they are their own advertising channel. Look at all those Youtube videos. Figure out who owns Youtube. Figure out who Apple has to pay who to put those videos there.
