I am, using my home's wifi. My phone no longer stays connected to the computer via the USB cord to download anything unless I tape it into place. Thanks!

Hi there, I have recently been trying to upgrade my phone (a Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100) from 2.3.6 but can't seem to get it to work. Each time I do it says it has failed and to try Kies. When I try this it says it is not authorized. At one point it got partway through an update before failing...
